Orfion Special Edition – Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extremely precious olive oil produced on a limited scale at the most valuable time in October before olives grow ripe fully. Since it is produced in October, it is rich in terms of polyphenols, present in the olive fruit, having antioxidant characteristic and reducing the risk of cancer. During production, in order to prevent polyphenol loss, production variables were controlled carefully and it was produced by using the technique of cold-extractionthrough keeping the production temperature, one of the most important factors, at maximum 27C.
It is intensively-fruity and has a rather clear caustic and bitterness. This oil produced via using the technique of cold-extrusion is presented to you through packing to your order for better protection and longer life.
We recommend you to consume this upper class oil uncooked especially with salads, hors d’oeuvres and breakfasts.
